About Our Power Yoga Practice

Warning: Heated or not, our classes may cause sweating. Strengthening a healthy mindset and body is powerful and requires effort.


Power Yoga

This is a POWERFUL practice that will increase strength, stamina, and flexibility on both a physical and mental level. We will focus on connection to breath with conscious, fluid movement and attention to mindset to prepare you for life off of the mat. Great for all levels of experience.  You will be encouraged to honor exactly where you are and to be curious about your edge between enough and too much.

Alignment & Flow

This power class will lengthen, strengthen and bring us to new levels of awareness in all areas of life.This is an empowering practice with an emphasis on alignment based cueing and biomechanics. We employ a strong focus on breath as we build heat to balance effort with ease and develop more equanimity.

Hot Power

This is an empowering practice with the heat turned up! We will challenge ourselves to boost our strength, stamina, and flexibility on both a physical and mental level. Prepare to sweat and have fun doing it! A bold practice that is awesome for laying the foundation to take charge of your life off the mat. Great for all levels of experience.

Ashtanga

Ashtanga is a consistent, sequential routine focusing on strength, stamina and balance. This class is modified to half of the traditional primary series to meet you where you are and challenge you to move into new postures. Poses are held for a longer duration to help you build strong, lean muscles and leave you with a powerful sense of self. You will develop a familiarity with the practice which will allow you to gauge your physical progression. Ashtanga Yoga is at the roots of many styles of modern practice. Lovingly referred to as the “Boot Camp Practice,” it is the foundation from which our own Power Yoga was born.

Gentle Hot Yoga

This is a beginner-friendly set series inspired by the traditional hot 26 yoga sequence. We practice in an 85 degree room, which will allow you to focus on your breath and leave you energized. You will develop a familiarity with the practice which will allow you to gauge your physical progression. All levels welcome.

The studio atmosphere is soothing and free of distraction. The instruction is incredible! The teachers are supportive yet challenging and technical in the best possible way. Practice here if you’re serious about making a commitment to yourself.
