Tai Chi

Tai Chi focuses on moving energy through a series of fluid movements known as “forms” that foster balance by reducing stress, anxiety and depression, and improving energy, stamina and strength.

Qi Gong

Qi gong is an integral part of traditional Chinese medicine and combines concentration, movement and breathing to improve health and energy. This class will include elements of both Tai Chi and Qi gong to foster a sense of well-being and calm and to promote increased energy levels. This is a low impact practice, appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.
