New to Yoga?

Follow these steps to begin.

Here are some tips:

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class time.
  • Wear comfortable clothing that will move with you.
  • Bring a water bottle (we have water fountains).
  • Bring a hand towel or purchase one in the studio.
  • Your mat is an important part of your foundation. You may rent or buy a high quality mat in our studio.
