Brandie Fowler RYT 200

My yoga journey began as an undergrad at Creighton, where I studied philosophy and theology. The Eightfold Path served me well through my early twenties and into law school, but I found myself pulled away from the path and into stress and excess. I knew something had to change.

Then I found Omaha Power Yoga. Through self-study, regular asana practice, retreats, and training with Bryan Kest, I have rediscovered my roots and my zest for living. Power yoga has been incorporated into my daily life, and it has enriched my career, my family and my personal relationships in a wonderfully profound way. I love to share my joy of yoga with the community, and I’d be delighted to share this philosophy with you.
