Erin Tomaso-Smith RYT 200, HMS, HKC

“In my very first practice I was overcome with an experience of QUIET; a level of intimacy with myself and my surroundings that was amazingly peaceful. Yoga gives me direction. Teaching and practicing empower me to realize my strength, as well as my vulnerability, and to flourish in my life.”

As a veteran mobility and health coach, a mother, and a wife, Erin guides big and little humans to find a functional and strong center of happy, comfort, and longevity in their lives. She currently holds a 200-RYT with Yoga Alliance, as well as two health-related masters degrees and a multitude of training certifications including Hardstyle Kettlebell Coach (HKC), Suspension Training Coach, Human Movement Specialist, BS Interpersonal Communication/Human Development.

No matter the discipline of yoga practiced, there is a quiet that exists in the balance of effort and ease; a quiet that gives aid to those seeking an understanding of self, a release from everyday chaos, respite in our strength and resiliency. Erin loves guiding the willing and inquisitive to explore the quiet where they can find peace, joy and the answers they seek. She shares her perspective of the power, spirit and emotion of yoga with great sincerity.
