Small Group Yoga Sessions

These multi-week sessions are limited to 6 participants for a customized practice.

Small Group-Skills & Flow practice settles the nervous system, steadies the brain, increases self-awareness, and develops the neuromuscular pathway to stabilizer muscles to increase strength and mobility.  Participants can expect grounding, skills work, and fluid movement to improve stamina.

Details

  • Participants receive a recording of each weekly session to practice between in-person sessions.
  • Each session is tailored to the enrolled participants to help reach the goals that brought them to yoga.
  • These groups session are interactive and for you, so questions are encouraged!
  • Participants get first access to pre-enroll in the next multi-week session.  Since sessions are tailored to enrollees, each session will differ as needed.
  • Registration required prior to session start date.
  • Pro-rated passes are available to join an session already in progress if there is an open spot.

Open Community Classes

These classes are open for anyone to drop-in to.  We will move, breathe and laugh together.

Whether you’re enrolled in one of our multi-week small group sessions or are brand new to OPY, all are welcome in this lively, weekly gathering of our slightly off-kilter and fun-loving community!  Practice includes grounding, self-awareness, strength and mobility exploration.  Expect to settle your nervous system, steady your brain, and awaken your stabilizer muscles that may otherwise get bypassed.
If you’re ready for a full experience to lift your spirit and challenge your outlook, we’d love to have you join us!

PLEASE NOTE:  This class is not held at our studio, rather in the lower level of The Rooted Table in Countryside Village, 8705 Shamrock Rd.  After class grab yourself a coffee, juice, smoothie or full-on breakfast, have a seat and get to know each other!
