Class Schedule and Descriptions
We offer an eclectic mix of Power Yoga classes daily. From Beginners to Advanced and all levels in between, there’s a Power Yoga practice here for everybody. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class time. Bring a yoga mat, hand towel and water, or purchase them at our studio. We encourage a non-competitive environment.
If you have a voucher, please bring it with you to your first class and we will get you registered.
Zyre Yoga is Jeff Beaudoin’s personal practice. An interdisciplinary, skills-based practice that requires a high degree of mental focus, Zyre yoga cultivates tremendous strength, balance, stability, and stamina. This class is perfect for students who like to challenge themselves. New series every two weeks. Some experience suggested. Level 2-3. 90-100 minutes.
Power Yoga Establish and maintain a solid Power Yoga practice through proper alignment, Yogic breathing, holding poses, and conscious, fluid movement. Power Yoga is all about mental and physical conditioning for life off the mat. Level 1-2. 75 minutes.
Beginners Yoga The perfect place to start. Learn the basics of Yoga postures, breathing, and movement. No experience required. Level 1. 60-minutes.
Beginners Workshop Every Saturday, beginninig May 11th. This 4-week introduction to the fundamentals of Power Yoga starts with the very basics and incrementally builds to a full 60 minute practice. Entire 4 weeks $60. Individual class drop-in $15. You cannot use a class pass, monthly membership, or voucher for this workshop. Register online HERE. 60 minutes.
Power Lite A moderate, full-spectrum Power Yoga class infused with a Yin element. This class calms the mind and body while building strength, confidence, and joy. A potent “meditation in motion” for letting go of stress and tension while getting a great, well-rounded workout. All Levels. 75 minutes.
Teacher Training Omaha Power Yoga’s 24-week Power Yoga Teacher Training certification course is an opportunity to deepen your understanding of Yoga and cultivate the skills necessary to teach. Meets every Sunday 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.. No drop-ins, pre-register only.
Power Alignment Optimize physical performance and enjoyment by learning to master the fundamentals of posture alignment. This unique, inter-active, hands-on class is the perfect place for those relatively new to Yoga to refine their skills, and for experienced Yogis to elevate their Asana practice with ease. All levels. 75 minutes.
Yin ‘Long, Slow and Deep’ is a deep, stretchy, meditative class designed to de-stress the entire body and mind. Challenging yet relaxing. Prepare to breathe deep, let go, and feel amazing. All levels. 120 minutes.
Awareness Meditation The foundation of all Yoga practice is Meditation. Meditation cultivates peaceful detachment and a calm, quiet mind resulting in wisdom, compassion, and gratitude. 60 minutes.
Community Power Enjoy a well-rounded Power Yoga class, and help a new teacher get their wings at the same time. “Community Power” is part of the required practicum for teacher trainees to complete their Power Yoga Teacher certification. By donation only. Level 1-2. 90 minutes.
